Is his name Jesus Christ or isa? Misrepresentation .... even in the name of the Holy Prophet!

the writings of the Fathers and historians in the early centuries , and we read them :
Epiphanius in the writings of the second century AD :
Epiphanius, Bishop of Salamis:
"They who believe on Christ were called iessaei before they were called Christians. These derived their constitution from the significance of the name Iesus, which in Hebrew signifies the same as Therapeutae, that is, saviour or physician."
www.wisdomworld.org/setting/thegnostics....

Epiphanius says that the early followers of Christ had their name (issaei)
Many say that these are also the (essenes)
He says that this name is purported to be the name of iesus ( as pronounced in Greek ) , which means a doctor or a savior in Hebrew ( and Hebrew at the time of Christ was the Aramaic ! Shows this flaw in the definition of many books for parents , especially when describing the Gospel of Matthew Aramaic , which he called the other ( Hebrew) ) ! !
..
This means that the name of Christ iesus means the doctor or the Savior ! !
It is known that the language of Jesus was Aramaic ! !
When I moved the names of the Aramaic into Greek changed ( do not know about the Greek ) , such as:
Barnabas ( Laramie ) became Barnabas ( Baleonana )

And we go back Hecmaflo iesus name from the Greek to Aramaic ( the language of Christ ) again to those who are supposed to be iessa ( Isa ) ... and this also shows the keyword iessaei
Someone may come and say : You are an impostor ! !
How assume a name without a guide ? ! !
I tell him : Esberabivanius says that the meaning of iesus is a doctor or a savior , says it was similar to a word Therapeutae
Does that mean iessa doctor Aramaic ? ? ? To see! !
Most simplicity , you can use this dictionary type and the physician ( doctor) and will give you the meaning and pronunciation of the word in Aramaic letters etymology
www.peshitta.org/lexicon/
Let's try and look ! !
Word: 0ys0
Lexeme: 0ys0
Root: 0s0
Word Number: 1628
Meaning: physician
Pronunciation: (Eastern) AaSYaA
(Western) AoSYoA
Part of Speech: Noun
Gender: Masculine
Person:
Number: Singular
State: Emphatic
So again AaSYaA dialect pronunciation Eastern ?
It may be the name of Jesus Christ, peace be upon him is derived from the word doctor Asia ... it is not surprising it was the miracles of Jesus are all in the field of medicine !

...

What cut removes all doubt is what will come , God willing, one of the scientists say manuscripts Aalghemranih

According to a controversial view put forward by Dead Sea Scrolls Scholar Géza Vermes, both Josephus and Philo pronounced the essenes name as "Esaoin", which means in Arabic followers of "Esa", which Vermes says is the name of Jesus according to the most ancient mosaic portrait found in Turkey dated 70 AD which says underneath "Esa our Lord".
According to the word ( brief symbolizes ) World of the Dead Sea manuscripts says :
That according to the reported Josephus and Philo that the name is Alasnnin esaion and says he means to follow Jesus in Arabic ( Issaon )
He says that what it asserts is the oldest trace Mousavi ( the oldest ever ) and finder in Turkey dates back to the year 70 AD ( the oldest manuscripts of the New Testament !)
It is a plates written on it ( our Lord Jesus )

It was Salva before the discovery of these paintings he has claimed many of the imams delusion that the name iessaei or esaion mentioned in the books of Philo and Josephus and Epiphanius but it is the name ascribed to a place called essa and of course did not specify where this place and how they knew this Almkananma is indisputable Balbatlualve detect falseness is the emergence of these paintings discovered and written under the name Alchristola I can only put the strongest evidence and believe Dleilbasm of God the Merciful ( Al Imran )

Yasooo, all very well written. I had just today asked in the Q&A section about the Quran's influence to members here. You appear to know your stuff. What I hoped to get at were some thoughts about how Muslims assess the shape of the Earth and how they interpret the Quran's verses.  In the past I had lunch with Sheikh Abdulaziz al-Sheikh, grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, and though I didn't specially ask him at the time about a flat earth (it was not on my radar) I did comment to him about how fantastic the Saudi National museum was. He noted how influential Muslim scholars had been to evolving science and mathematics through the centuries and there were many examples of their contributions in the museum. The understanding of the religious and academic body of Muslim scholars is that the planet is a sphere. The displays in the Natural History of the planet's processes are really well done. The display of the Prophet Muhammad's life are amazing. There are stone reliefs of ancient writing systems which evolved into Arabic and you can follow the Nabatean architecture from its origins in Saudi up through to Petra, Jordan.

The Muslim world and its religious authorities have long accepted the earth was a sphere, starting from the ancient Arab scholars on through to today. Even the calculations for one's prayer direction to the Qibla in Mecca is based on a sphere:

The direction of Qibla at any point on the Earth's surface, assuming the Earth to be a perfect sphere, is given by the great circle passing through that point and the Kaabatullah at Makkah. The angle between the true north at a place and the qibla direction there can be obtained by solving the spherical triangle whose vertices are, the north pole, the intended place, and Makkah.

Therefore, it would seem for Muslims the belief in a flat earth would be more difficult than for the average person in Western society.

What is your view?

Yasoooo doesn't have his own view. He just regurgitates nonsense and you're lucky if he even addresses any question

I'm not sure he even understands English. What he posts may not even be his own work. Just a copy / paste.

Either that, or he's a bot. To someone so heavily indoctrinated though is there a difference?

He probably thinks he's doing a good deed for his God posting here as if he's spreading Gods word but instead he only pisses everyone off including fair minded Muslims here. The guy is an extremist and should not be entertained. I'm surprised the mods allow him a platform tbh

Some Christian missionaries are determined to criticize the marriage of Prophet Mohamad (saws) to Aisha (ra). We can explain to them that this kind of marriage was totally legitimate for the Arab society of the 7th century, but in bad faith, they persist in judging the prophet (sws), an Arab man of the 7th century !
:

little Christian women married and had intercourse very early for centuries, intercourse that would be punishable by law today. In France, it was not until the Revolution and the break with Christianity that the age limit rose to 13 years.

Now if we follow the reasoning of some Islamophobic Christian missionaries, we should consider that all Christians were pedophiles, and that Jesus and Paul were accomplices in pedophilia since they did not condemn these practices that existed in their day.

The bottom line is that these marriages need to be put in their historical context. The mentalities of the early Christians or those of the Ancien Régime are different from the mentality we have today, just as the mentality of the Arabs of the 7th century is different from our Western mentality of the 21st. What shocks us 21st century citizens today was legitimate in other times.

- Roman women married and had sex at the age of 12 and under, before having their period, with husbands who could be their grandfathers.

- Since no New Testament writings condemn this practice, not even Paul who gave recommendations on marriage and married life, Christians have continued to follow these customs.

- The Council of Trent convened by Pope Paul III in 1542 confirms the age of marriage at 12 for girls

Islam opposed to knowledge and science
Islam is not opposed to knowledge and science. Knowledge is of two types: religious, which has to do with the understanding of the religious duties one is required to carry out, and temporal, which has to do with all that is needed to know with a view to living a comfortable and beneficial life.

A Muslim is required to acquire both types of knowledge. In fact, Islam advocated attaining knowledge and education at a time when the whole world was engulfed in utter ignorance. The first revelation the Prophet of Islam received from Allah was “Proclaim! (or read!) in the name of thy Lord and Cherisher, Who created - Created man, out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood: Proclaim! And thy Lord is Most Bountiful,- He Who taught (the use of) the pen,- Taught man that which he knew not.” (Quran 96:1-5)

These verses represent the first spark ever to dispel the darkness of ignorance and barbarianism in which the world had long been immersed. And Allah reminded the Muslims of His immeasurable favour to humankind, saying: “It is He Who has sent amongst the Unlettered a messenger from among themselves, to rehearse to them His Signs, to sanctify them, and to instruct them in Scripture and Wisdom,- although they had been, before, in manifest error” (Quran 62:2)

The early generations of Muslims became, in a matter of years, a learned and refined nation in religious as well as worldly matters, after having remained in the darkness of ignorance for centuries. Islam awakened in man the faculty of intellect and motivated him to serve Allah, the one true God.

Religious knowledge is essential, because, without it, one will not be able to perform his or her obligations in the prescribed manner. The Prophet said,
“To whomever He intends benefit, Allah grants understanding of the religion.”
Allah ordered the Prophet to pray to Him for advancement in knowledge "O my Lord! advance me in knowledge.” (Quran 20:114)
Beneficial worldly knowledge is also necessary, and Muslims are encouraged to acquire it in order to benefit themselves and their fellow men. When the early Muslims understood this fact, they surpassed other nations in development and productivity and carried the torch of knowledge for many centuries.

Islam made great advances in the fields of medicine, mathematics, physics, astronomy, geography, architecture, art, literature, and history, to mention but a few. Many important new procedures such as the use of algebra, Arabic numerals, and the concept of the zero –which was vital to the advancement of mathematics-, were transmitted to medieval Europe from Muslim countries. It was the Muslims who developed sophisticated instruments, including the astrolabe, the quadrant and good navigational maps which were to make possible the European voyages of discovery to the New World.
As T.W. Wallbank and A. Schrier put it:

“In medicine, mathematics, astronomy, chemistry and physics, Muslim achievements were particularly noteworthy. Well-equipped hospitals, usually associated with medical schools, were located in the principal cities. At a time when superstition still hampered the practice of medicine in western countries, Muslim physicians were diagnosing diseases, prescribing cures and performing advanced surgery... Probably the greatest of all physicians was the 9th century figure, Al-Razi, known in the West as Rhazes. He was the author of scores of scientific works, including a comprehensive medical encyclopaedia and a pioneering handbook on smallpox and measles.
A 10th century physician, Avicenna, (Ibn Sina) compiled a huge Cannon of Medicine which was considered the standard guide in European medical circles until the late 17th century... Important advances were made in algebra, analytical geometry and plane spherical trigonometry.”

The Quran itself is a book of guidance and it contains some amazing scientific facts. They are amazing because although they were revealed to Prophet Muhammad over 14 centuries ago, they were not really understood by man until scientists "discovered" them in very recent times. Although not meant to be a book of scientific facts as such, the Quran mentions certain realities that would only be recognized and appreciated through technological advancements in later centuries - further undeniable evidence and proof that it was not the work of Muhammad or of any person, but divine revelation from God.

The calendar year of Islam begins not with the birthday of our prophet (peace be on him), not from the time that the revelation came to him (Bethat) nor from the time of his ascension to heaven, but with the migration (Hijra) from an undesirable environment into a desirable place to fulfill Allah's command. It was migration from a plot that was set by the leaders of the Quraysh who were plotting to kill prophet Muhammad, and to destroy the truth that today is being conveyed to mankind everywhere against tyranny and injustice. Their purpose was to destroy the foundation of the Islamic state, the Sunnah of the tradition of the prophet, and to prevent the revelation being delivered by Allah's messenger to mankind.

The Islamic calendar is reckoned from the time of migration (Hijra) of Prophet Mohammad (Peace Be Upon Him) from Mecca to Madina. The Prophet's decision to migrate from Mecca came after several years of inhuman treatment of the faithful by the powerful tribes who were united despite all their feuds to stop the spread of Islam.

Prophet Mohammad's decision to leave Mecca coincided with the infidel's plan to assassinate him. In 622 AD, the Quresh tribesmen held a meeting and decided that a band of young men, one from each tribe, should assassinate Prophet Mohammad collectively so that their responsibility for the murder could not be placed on any particular tribe.

On the eventful night, the Prophet asked his cousin Ali Ben Abutalib to take his place in bed to make the Meccans think that he was asleep. The Prophet himself slipped out unobserved alongwith his loyal follower Abu Bakr (who was chosen as the first C aliph after the death of the prophet). They secretly made their way to a cave named Thawr, not far from Mecca and lay in hiding there for a day or two until Abu Bakr's son reported that the search for him had been given up. Then the two set out from Madina on camel back. They reached Quba, on the edge of the Madina oasis, on 12th Rabiul Awwal. With Mohammad's arrival in Quba a new phase of his career and glory of Islam started.

This migration has a special significance in the history of Islam. It ended the Meccan period of humiliation and torture and began the era of success. His own people to whom he preached Islam for 13 years neglected the Prophet of Islam. But he was cordially received in Madina as an honored chief.

In Madina his power enhanced day by day. Here he was not only the religious leader but took the role of a politician and statesman too. Prophet Mohammad expired ten years after his migration to Madina but only in one decade he changed the course of human history.

In view of this special significance of the Prophet's migration the consultative body advised the Second Islamic Caliph, Omar ben Khattab, to start the Islamic year from the date of migration of the Prophet from Mecca to Madina.

According to early Moslem scholars, Abu Musa Al Shari drew attention of Omar to an improperly dated debenture or IOU which was payable in the month of Shaban but it was not clear which Shaban was actually meant, the present one or the coming one. Omar called the dignitaries for consultation who made several suggestions to begin the Islamic calendar.

Ali (who later became the fourth caliph) suggested the Hijra as the beginning of the Islamic year with Moharram as its first month. Consequently, Caliph Omar in 21 A.H. or 641 A.D introduced the Islamic calendar in its present form.

QURANIC GUIDANCE

The guidance about the Islamic calendar is taken from the following verses from the Holy Quran: (In the name of GOD most gracious and most merciful)

"Lo the number of the months with God is twelve months." IX:36.

"They ask thee, of new moons. Say: They are fixed seasons for mankind and for the pilgrimage." II:189.

"He it is who appointed the sun a splendor and the moon a light, and measured for her stages, that ye might know the number of the years, and the reckoning." X:5

The Islamic Calendar of 12 Lunar Months is determined by observation of the new moon with no effort by intercalation (addition) or other means to synchronize the Lunar year with the Solar year.

13. The Quran says that only Allah knows what is in the womb
Does this not contradict medical science? To answer this we should look at the verses that relate to this matter “and He Who knows what is in the wombs. Nor does any one know what it is that he will earn on the morrow: Nor does any one know in what land he is to die” (Quran 31:34)

“Allah doth know what every female (womb) doth bear, by how much the wombs fall short (of their time or number) or do exceed. Every single thing is before His sight, in (due) proportion.” (Quran 13:Cool
If one reads the Arabic text of this verse, they will find that there is no Arabic word that corresponds to the English word 'sex' or 'gender'. The Quran mentions only the knowledge of “what” is in the womb. Many have misunderstood this to mean the sex of the child in the womb, which is incorrect.

Today, science has indeed advanced, and we can easily determine the sex of the child in the womb of a pregnant mother using ultrasound scanning. Therefore, the above verse refers to every aspect of the fetus' present and future existence. What will be the child’s nature? Will the child be a blessing or a curse to the parents? What will happen to him or her throughout life? Will he or she do good or evil? How long will he or she live? Will he or she end up in Paradise or in Hell? Allah alone knows all of this... no scientist in the world, no matter how advanced the technology, will ever be able to determine these things about a child in the mother’s womb.

The sound creed that is supported by evidence from the Quran and Sunnah confirms that Allaah The Almighty is Aware [of everything] in advance; He ordained the destiny of all creatures before their creation and nothing takes place in His universe without His Will. Allaah The Almighty Says (what means):

•       {Indeed, all things We created with predestination.}[Quran 54:49]

•       {No disaster strikes upon the earth or among yourselves except that it is in a register before We bring it into being - indeed that, for Allaah, is easy}[Quran 57:22]

•       {So whoever Allaah wants to guide - He expands his breast to [contain] Islam; and whoever He wants to misguide - He makes his breast tight and constricted as though he were climbing into the sky. Thus does Allaah place defilement upon those who do not believe.}[Quran 6:125]

On the authority of ‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Amr ibn Al-‘Aas may Allaah be pleased with him and his father, the Messenger of Allaah, , said that Allaah The Almighty set down the fate of the creation, fifty thousand years before fashioning the heavens and the earth, and that His Throne was over the water. [Muslim]

In another Hadeeth, narrated by ‘Ali may Allaah be pleased with him the Messenger of Allaah, , ordered us to perform good deeds, for whichever actions lead the individual to his destiny are facilitated for him. Allaah The Almighty, Who knows in His prior Knowledge, that a certain person will be among the dwellers of Paradise, paves the path for him to do what would lead him there. Likewise, if one is to be among the inhabitants of Hell, He makes the way of doing deeds that would land him in that place, easy for him to do. Then, the Prophet, , recited the verse (what means): {As for he who gives and fears Allaah. And believes in the best [reward], We will ease him toward ease. But as for he who withholds and considers himself free of need, And denies the best [reward], We will facilitate for him the difficult end.}[Quran 92:5-7]

Allah knows everything.  Allah sees everything.  And Allah hears everything.  BUT Allah did give man "free will".  So, with that in mind, we must always think, say, and do Islamic things that are in accordance with the will of Allah.

Surat Al-'Anbyā' (The Prophets) -
21:22

Had there been within the heavens and earth gods besides Allah , they both would have been ruined. So exalted is Allah , Lord of the Throne, above what they describe.

21:23

He is not questioned about what He does, but they will be questioned.

21:24

Or have they taken gods besides Him? Say, [O Muhammad], "Produce your proof. This [Qur'an] is the message for those with me and the message of those before me." But most of them do not know the truth, so they are turning away.

The sound creed that is supported by evidence from the Quran and Sunnah confirms that Allaah The Almighty is Aware [of everything] in advance; He ordained the destiny of all creatures before their creation and nothing takes place in His universe without His Will.

Hmm. I thought He had a mostly hands off approach. I guess all the misery and atrocities we see in the world is 'His Will'

Allah knows everything
the sex of an unborn child
Because God is the one who created man

 The Secrets of Creation

Scientists have proven that the human body is almost 70% water as well as other substances …

1.               Scientists have proven that the human body is almost 70% water as well as other substances that are found in soil i.e. man is originally created from clay. Miraculously, the holy Qur’an has revealed such a fact; Allah, the almighty says:

“Man We did create

From a quintessence (of clay)"   Muminun or the Believers: 12

Such a fact raises the question of who could have informed Prophet Mohammad, PBUH, of this.

2.               Upon studying the stages of fetal development, scientists have found that the bones are formed before the flesh. Such a fact was totally unknown at the time of Prophet Mohammad, PBUH. The holy Qur’an, however, has revealed it; Allah, the exalted says:

“Then We made the sperm

Into a clot of congealed blood;

Then of that clot We made

A (fœtus) lump; then We

Made out of that lump

Bones and clothed the bones

With flesh; then We developed

Out of it another creature.

So blessed be God,

The Best to create!”     Muminun or the Believers: 14 (ibid)

All Glory to Allah.

3.               Among the stages of fetal creation is the stage when the fetus appears like a chewed lump of flesh (mudgha). All Glory to Allah who has revealed to us this stage of man creation; Allah says:

“Then We made the sperm

Into a clot of congealed blood;

Then of that clot We made

A (fœtus) lump; then We

Made out of that lump

Bones”                     Muminun or the Believers: 14 (ibid)

The question that needs be answered is who could have revealed such a scientific fact to Prophet Mohammad, PBUH?

4.               Scientists have further discovered that the fetus begins to take shape on the day 42 of its development in the uterus. Fabulously, Prophet Mohammad, PBUH, has revealed such a scientific fact 14 centuries ago for Imam Muslim reported: the messenger of Allah, PBUH, said: “If forty-two nights have passed over the embryo, Allah sends an angel to it, who shapes it”. All Glory to Allah.

5.               The placenta feeds the fetus with air, food, and water, doesn’t allow the passage of any harmful materials, and produces hormones that regulate the fetus temperature. Scientists add that the placenta looks after the fetus in a manner that is much better than any intensive care units. Accordingly, Allah, the Almighty, says:

“Then We placed him

As (a drop of) sperm

In a place of rest,

Firmly fixed”          Muminun or the Believers: 13  (ibid)

All Glory to Allah.

6.               Upon studying the stages of fetal development, scientists have discovered that at its earliest shaping stages, the fetus is a group of cells that are attached to the uterus wall and are fed from it. All Glory to Allah who has revealed this in the holy Qur’an when describing this stage (the stage of alaqa, a leech-like clot) Allah says:

“It is He Who has

Created you from dust,

Then from a sperm-drop,

Then from a leech-like clot”   Ghafer or the Believer: 67 (ibid)

Once again, the question that should be answered is who could have revealed such a scientific fact to Prophet Mohammad, PBUH?

7.               Scientists have proven that the semen determines the fetal gender, male or female. All Glory to Allah who has revealed this fact in the holy Qur’an:

“That He did create

In pairs,—male and female

From a seed when lodged

(In its place)”           Najm or the Star: 45-46 (ibid)

The question that needs be answered is who could have revealed to Prophet Mohammad, PBUH, that the semen is what determines the fetal gender?

allah controls the earth and the sky
allah has given us free will, and free will includes choosing evil acts. This explains personal evil, which is evil or suffering committed by a human being. One can ask: why has God given us free will at all? In order for the tests in life to be meaningful, there must be free will. An exam is pointless if the student is obligated or forced to answer correctly on each question. Similarly, in the exam of life, human beings must be given adequate freedom to do as they please.

Good and evil lose their meaning if God were to always ensure we chose good. Take the following example into consideration: someone points a loaded gun to your head and asks you to give charity. You give the money, but does it have any moral value? It does not, for it only has value if a free agent chooses to do so.

God gave us life and everything for man

What have you done to earn God's grace for you?
Just for a god test for you
You complain and deny the grace of God

I understand very well
What do you mean
But
Do you think God created man on earth
Living in prosperity and happiness
You're wrong

Everyone on earth
A different kind of test

- A rich man but cannot have children, no matter how difficult
- A poor man has children
- A strong man and can use his power to do good but does not
- Weak man, but help people the best he can
- Unfaithful and polytheistic man but he has all the blessings
- Muslim man has healthy illnesses

Here everyone try and test theirs
Disease = test
Health = test
Disbelief = test
Money = test
Etc
You will succeed and reach the right path
