Threaten them enough and they might shut down the drug cartels.
The only thing thing that will stop the drug producers and distributors is if you lot (and to a lesser degree, us lot) stop hoovering all the drugs up. Everything else is bullshit.

Don't blame Mexico for your bad habits - the USA created the drug trade, not them. You just outsourced it to poorer countries.

Why, what is the fucking point? This shit drives me mad, they've been doing it for decades and the drugs have got cheaper, purer and more available. The violence just increases. There isn't even any such thing as a "cartel" - they are just organised crime gangs, like anywhere else.
