Almost every disease in that list of diseases that there are vaccines for is or has been endemic in some population group, genius. It's not a characteristic of the virus. Covid wasn't endemic, and it became endemic now because it wasn't stopped. If it had been stopped, it wouldn't have been endemic, and if someone figured out a way to stop it tomorrow it would stop being endemic.
