This means that the person who gave them the instructions allowed the assassin to fire once. In fact, one of the officers there could have shot him just as he was shooting, and so the assassin took a risk by pulling the trigger quickly, because he wanted to shoot him before he was killed, and because he took a risk, he missed.

The position the shooter died in, wasn't the position he took the shot in. After the shooter fired, he ran for cover behind the trees, he was shot while in motion, the gun carried on the momentum and ended up metres away from him, with him on the other side of the roof that he shot from.


As far as I'm aware I'm the first civilian in the world to figure that out.

I would love to know why there weren't law enforcement stationed on the building the shooter used. It was so close to the rally, seems like a logical place for security to be.

Meanwhile, the internet is super pissed that Morning Joe has been preempted because MSNBC is afraid someone will say something inappropriate.

lorddave, the average American doesn't even learn about the mass shootings that happen every day because the media only reports the ones they can safely sensationalize. The media also do not give much airtime to gun control advocates unless it's right after a sensational mass shooting. They are in the business of baffling us with bullshit.

I think the issue is really that she ran out of ways to delay the case so she just dismissed it.  The thing is is that the "this prosecutor is not constitutional" angle has been tried every time there's been a special prosecutor and it's been found lawful every time.  Jack Smith will appeal this.  Hopefully get a different judge unless they kick it up to the supreme court which will find special prosecutors unlawful after a 10 month delay.
