There's a difference between criticizing Israel and Zionism and being anti semitic. Just like there's a difference between criticizing the tenets of Islam and being islamophobic.
Ok this is too good to pass up.
I thought I could but I can't.
Firstly, I'm not a super genius, as most of you know so can someone please explain to me how Tucker Carlson or Greta Thunberg (or Glen Greenwald for nightmare difficulty) have crossed the line between criticising Israel and Zionism and being anti-semitic? Because I never hear anyone call them anti-Zionist. They always get called anti-semitic, like me.
Secondly I'm glad you brought up Islam. Islam, like Judaism has specific problems that are caused by their religious texts. For example if one were to notice that Muslims have a higher rate of rape than the rest of the population, then check in the Quran and confirm that the Quran indeed and
explicitly allows Muslim men to rape non muslim women.
Would it be islamaphobic to say the two could be linked?
We've established that its the height of anti-semitism to correlate the Israelis treating the Palestinians like animals to the
dozens of verses in the Talmud teaching that non-jews are animals and not human.
