Like have a bank chip/rf chip in your drivers license/non-driving ID and it pulls from a state centric database of stuff based on what the request is.

Ie: go to restaurant.  Scan card.  Scanner requests if card ID has corona vaccine.  Replies yes or no.
Same with voting.  Scan card, goes to server with 'yes/no' for allowed to vote.  Maybe pulls up the info that's on the drivers license (so picture, DoB, etc...) So the voter person can verify it matches.

And make it cost nothing to implement and I'm on board.

Old earth is going to be reset but not completely vanish. Old earth will always exist but will become better and new earth will be paradise. Our current reality is hellish because its meant to be hellish. It feels like the whole world is falling apart and people lost their minds. America has fallen to left wing dictatorship, so did Europe. They are predicting war with Russia or China every day on TV.
