The better question is what stops the sun, moon and other celestial objects from falling.

Choose height H (for example 2 meters) fo all experiments the same, and drop all objects below from the same height H.

Drop 100 grams clay ball.
Measure the time T1.
Drop two 100 grams clay bals.
Measure the time T2.
Stick together the same two 100 grams clay balls and drop.
Measure the T3.
Will two 100 grams clay balls fall at same or different rate with or withour being stuck together?
Should T2 be the same as T1?
Should T3 be the same as T2?
If yes, why?
If not, why?

Drop two 100 grams woodden sticks and measure T4.
Tie thin thread from one stick to another and then drop them again, measure T5.
Glue the two sticks together and drop them again. Measure T6.
Should T5 be the same as T4?
Should T6 be the same as T5?
If yes, why?
If no, why?

Drop metal bar, measure T7.
Cut the bar into two halves and drop halves together, measure T8.
Drop just one half, measure T9.
Compare times T7, T8 and T9.
Should they be the same?
Why?

EDIT: If boy and girl jump together into pool, will they fall faster if they hold hands?

Will two balls of 100 grams fall faster if they are glued together?

Free or forced falling in flat earth:

1- When two different objects goes inside themselves, the light one comes up by naturally.
2- the acceleration of a falling object is directly proportional to the difference in the weight of the objects moving within each other.
3- According to 1 and 2, the acceleration formula is:

a= K* (m1-m2)/m1

in this formula, a= acceleration of heavier object, K= constant, m1= heavier object, m2= lighter object; or environment which the falling object falls in. generally air or water.
This formula is valid in the air, water or in a vacuum space.
K can be calculated by numereous examples.

Calculating the constant of K
a=9,81 m/s² for general objects. So; we can calculate the K.
the mass of the air is: 1,225 kg/m³

So K= 9,811 and
Formula turns to:
a= 9,811* ((m1-m2)/m1)^n

This formula is valid in the air, water, any liquids or gases and in the vacuum space.

There is a possibility of n to be different than 1. But we have not enough experiment let us calculate the n value. But as a good approach, 1 is fair enough for n value.

So;
universal free or forced falling formula is: a= 9,811* (m1-m2)/m1

I reformatted yours a bit just to save space but your result is acceleration = 9.811 x (density₁ - density₂)/density₁ agreed?
Now, I don't agree with your result, but let's go with your theory.

Now for the various materials here the densities are:

•                 Air: 1.225 kg/m³ - the figure you had.
•        Vacuum: 0 kg/m³.
• Bowling ball: 1000 kg/m³ - typical for a 12 lb (5.44 kg) bowling ball.
•       Feathers: 2.5 kg/m³ - typical for a feather.

So in air your formula the acceleration of the:

• bowling ball = 9.811 x (1000 - 1.225)/1000 = 9.799 m/^s.
• acceleration of the bowling ball = 9.811 x (2.5 - 1.225)/2.5 = 5.00 m/^s.

So your formula says that the acceleration of the feather in air is about half that of the bowling ball.
Now I would expect the large surface area of the feather to further slow the feather down greatly.

And in a vacuum your formula the acceleration of the:

• bowling ball = 9.811 x (1000 - 0)/1000 = 9.811 m/^s.
• acceleration of the bowling ball = 9.811 x (2.5 - 0)/2.5 = 9.811 m/^s.

We see that your formula says that the acceleration of the bowling ball and feather are exactly the same in a vacuum.

That is precisely the result that Brian Cox claimed, so please explain why Brian Cox faked the experiment!
