Why would that be inciting terrorism?  Lorddave was merely describing a type of shop we have here in the US, a bomb-gun shop.  A shop that sells bomb-guns.

  • The Earth is not round, nor flat. It is a Donut...

What are you trying to prove with these pictures?
Again, and try to get it through your thick skull this time: It is not possible to capture the curvature of the earth on film with a such a narrow angle viewed camera.

Lets look at your last picture where the sun is at the very left of the picture. the viewing angle is so narrow, you cannot accurtely measur that the sides are a bit lower than the center. this will be worse with video. if you were making a video of it and you turn your camera to the left (to get the sun in the middle), the part of the horizon in the middle of the picture would go up just a little and the sides would go down.

So, standing on top of a building and turning your video camera around to film the complete horizon would't help you capturing the curvature...so just forget it
Never argue with an idiot...
First they will drag you down to their own level,
and then they beat you by experience...

Try to keep the ad hominems to a minimum, if you are so much smarter than everyone else here we will notice ourselves.

Thanks.

You are correct in saying that we wouldn't be able to see curvature at that height in either the RE or FE model.

Try this one:

Don't bother with any sound, it's just . . . . . .
The next is much longer and I'll put the next as a link to save space.

To be fair a drop in the horizon level isn't necessarily curvature but I have seen the theodolite tests, didn't you post one from a plane trip?

If "a drop in the horizon level isn't necessarily curvature " then what is it?
It is what Al Biruni used around 1,000 AD to calculate the radius of the earth. Al-Biruni's Classic Experiment: How to Calculate the Radius of the Earth?.

Al Biruni measured the earth's curvature from the dip angle to the horizon and hence also proved the common FE claim that "The horizon rising to eye-level!" is false.
Quote from: The Flat Earth Wiki
Basic Perspective
A fact of basic perspective is that the line of the horizon is always at eye level with the observer.
. . . . . . . . . . . . .
Have you ever noticed that as you climb a mountain the line of the horizon seems to rise with you?

This is because the vanishing point is always at eye level with the observer. This is a very basic property of perspective. From a plane or a mountain, however high you ascend - the horizon will rise to your eye level. The next time you climb in altitude study the horizon closely and observe as it rises with your eye level.

The horizon will continue to rise with altitude, at eye level with the observer, until there is no more land to see.
The horizon does not rise to eye-level, but it does appear to rise almost to eye-level due to perspective!

This might have been the video with the dip angle from the plane
