I can point to studies done by John's Hopkins University promoting the use of psychedelics in cancer patients to help with their anxiety and general outlook upon death.

Can you show us any reliable information regarding sungazing and any related health benifits?

I have done DMT twice in my life, 3 years apart. I hardly consider that an addiction.

That would be quite impossible "see it shrink by a few degrees" as the sun's angular size is just over 0.5° to start with!

The angular size of the sun varies from 31′31″ to a maximum of 32′33″ during the year as the sun's distance varies slightly.

You have seen these before, but take another look!

It is not a good idea to put stuff on your skin to block the sun. The sun is not going to hurt you, but the chemicals in those sun-blocks absolutely will. There'll be a class action law suit against sunscreens one day, you bet!

The sun will burn your skin if you don't protect yourself.

Unless you are dark skinned and therefore have more resistance to sunburn, but if you have light skin you may get second degree burns from the sun.
