This is a separate question entirely, but I'll field it.  I believe that NASA is lying to us as a hold-over from the Cold War.  Once the American's and Russians got into a "space race" they had to keep lying to their's and each other's populations to appear victorious.  Now, this may seem silly today, but with so much money invested in the idea of a round earth, NASA keeps passing the problem down the generations.  I suspect it won't be long now before the truth forces its way to the surface like puss from a wound.

Many other countries are happy with a round earth and launch satellites and produce accurate maps without the involvement of NASA.

And what about everyone who thought the world was round before the cold war?  What about the ESA and JAXA?  Why wouldn't NASA say "look, the earth is flat, the Russians are wrong! We win!"?

Gravity is not a crutch and the aether is because gravity is testable.

You can test the power of gravity anywhere on the world, but that's besides the point to a FEer. So, let's look at some other example: We can gauge the strength of gravity on other world's, and it is exactly as predicted. We can look at stars and find planets by looking at the wobble of the star, >the force of gravity from it's planets<, and then actually see the planet and it has the exact size, orbit, and orbital period predicted. That's right, gravity has PREDICTIVE capability. Gravity is the means to make observations, where the aether is an excuse used to explain observations. The gravity of the moon actually varies depending on proximity to denser spots, where heavier elements can be seen more commonly. Not only is every observation every made on the subject by a scientifically credible source support it, but gravity itself has predictive capability. I don't care what you call it, but gravity exists in a predictable, measurable, and USEFUL manner.

The OP's question was actually along the lines of asking flat earthers how they believe this video was faked Pongo.  I congratulate you once again on a fine attempt at derailing a thread.  Well done.  8/10.

Anyway... your notion that the US and Russian governments are lying to their populations claiming that each side has "won" the "space race" is truly ludicrous, and just doesn't stand up to even the lightest of scrutiny.  And you do know that the ISS is a joint US-Russian operation don't you?  And that it's the Russians who are transporting spares, water and foodstuffs to the ISS on behalf of the Americans?   Maybe you don't LOL.

Your idea that the space race was all a hoax to begin with, and it's still being "passed down" to the current generation is a classic non sequitur, and one of the weakest debating points there is.

And, unfortunately, your concept of the "truth" won't be forcing its way anywhere—not even from your cat—at any time in the future.  Sorry.

Can you name any scientist or other person anywhere in the world that is doing any serious work on the aetheric wind theory?  Given its extreme importance to FE theory, there would have to be someone looking into it.
