What people say to amuse themselves when no one else is around is no one elses business, even if you can find a way to tap into it. The internet is far from a private place to share your thoughts with no one else looking.  Additionally, sharing your thoughts with what is presumed to be a person is also far from private.  An ATM also makes no attempts at being even remotely human.

The ATM asked me how much money I would like, if I wanted a balance update, a receipt, if I wanted to top up my phone and then gave me the money I wanted (eventually). It behaved exactly like a bank teller. I still wanted to ram my Toffee Crisp into its slot.

It depends on the circumstance and the conversation that was had between the perpetrator and the fake girl.

If they encouraged the perpetrator to commit a crime through the conversations  then it's entrapment, However it's still wrong; just wanting to compromise a young girl like that is sick and should be punished with the full force of the law.

I presume if you got off on watching little girls strip, you'd be paying VERY close attention. She looks like that robot in Japan which is designed to look like a woman. She looks realistic only if you have a vague idea of what humans look like and how they move.

In this case, it does not sound like they were encouraged to commit a crime.  The CGI avatar simply announces her presence and then gets unsolicited offers to strip for money.  This tactic sounds about as tame as posing as a prostitute or drug dealer which are well-established methods of catching people in the act of a crime.
