What answer are you looking for now? I didn't say I wouldn't answer questions directly relating to the theory, but what I won't do is bluntly tell you what you should be able to figure out yourself.

This entire theory is based upon the fact that the earth was flat right, then some bloke came along and said it was round, people laughed at him, but then some people proved he was correct, later on people actually figured that it WAS flat, but to spare the embarresment of the entire world, they thought they would keep it a secret. Maybe. It's a path that could have been taken. Also, this could be combined with many other factors, and, most likely, it's a combination of all of them (assuming you read the CCCC).

Well, firstly I'll mention that this has nothing to do with this thread whatsoever. I'll also note that you said "and his government." I'm not sure what you meant by this, but that's totally out of line, honestly. It's probably just a mistake, but still the government of America is no way owned by the president.

As for Bush himself, I truly believe that he is a horrible person. Not in the fact that he's just stupid like people tend to think he is. I mean, sure, he's not a good speaker, which is part of the job, and thus he deserves to be made fun of for that plenty. But that's not why I dislike him. If you actually look at the things he's done, I have valid reason to say, in all honesty, that Bush is probably the worst president we've ever had.

Actually the voting turn out for the last US election was 64% - of which only 50.7% voted for Bush.  Therefore around 32% of Americans voted for Bush - clearly the majority of people did not.

The bombing of Japan took place in the early to mid 1940s.  Anybody who took place in that bombing would now be aged at least 80 (18 at 1945 - which was 62 years ago).  Considering only 12.5% of American's are aged 65 or older, the vast majority of Americans clearly had nothing to do with the bombing of Japan.

I am an Australian, and have never visited the United States.  I have many problems with parts of American culture and with many of the political decisions that the US government makes.  However I also do not hold the people of America account for those decisions.  It is clear that they are not responsible and that they are generally no less intelligent than anybody else.  You may lack the intellectual capacity to differentiate between the decisions of a government and the decisions of individual people, but it is obvious that your assertion that Americans are stupid is false and that you are wrong.

You just don't understand light, grab a torch and you'll see. Face the torch down (it'll create a nice circular footprint). Get some toothpics and randomly put them around the light. You'll notice the lengths and directions of shadows change because the light doesn't just go straight down, it angles out from the torch. The same thing happens on a flat earth.

What you so carelessly depicted in your above quote is a light source that is giving off light in all directions, much like the RE belief of the sun. To us, solar radiation is hitting the ground due to the curvature of the sun and the earth, thus creating varying shadows.

However, as your FAQs state, the reason the FE has days is due to the fact that the sun is concentrating it's light (much like a spotlight) in a specific area, thus leaving other areas of the FE dark (accouting for the days/time zones). So, if your sun does infact give off radiation much like a torch (or a close representative of the RE model of the sun) - how do you start to explain day patterns and different time zones?

Sorry to be redundant, but can you please stop focusing on the flamer and have a debate wirth someone with a question?

To further exemplify my point:

Take a flash light (a fairly concentrated beam of light) and line the toothpicks up on the same vertical line and shine the flashlight down on them - boom, all same length shadows.

Do the same thing on a larger scale (with the actual earth and same sized poles spread out farther) and the shadows are different in length. Can't really be a spotlight sun... the varying shadows are due to the curvature of the earth.
