few questions
« on: March 21, 2013, 02:04:18 PM »
Hi everyone,
just stumbled upon this site. It made me think quite a lot, for I know that humanity's been living a lie for a long time now.
And honestly at first i thought this forum was made of sarcasm, haha=D.

But if you look at this this way, none of the theories can be proved untill we can see it with our own eyes right?

And what about the other planets we can observe with telescopes? They're round.

how do you explain that? =]

AND, the edge of the earth!
we would have easily discovered that the earth is flat if we simply sailed to the edge right?
I mean, someone would have gone there already and been like: ''dafuk? the round shape was all a lie!''

supposedly, there is a giant ice wall around the edge of the earth. Someone found it before, but was silenced in order to hide it. Beats me how it is still a secret today.

Earth is not like other planets. So much so it might as well not be called a planet.
Why do we fall back to earth? Because our weight pushes us down, no laws, no gravity pulling us. It is the law of intelligence.

Interesting you should say that. Pluto was actually a disc, and when NASA couldn't keep a lid on the conspiracy they were forced to either remove it from the list of official planets or face public outlash. They chose the former and reclassified it as a planetoid (just another "NASA word" for a non-spherical planet that doesn't fit the round-earth paradigm). Earth is ironically easier to mislead the public about (after all, we live here and are far more liable to take the propaganda for granted), but eventually they will probably be forced to admit we are actually living on one such planetoid (a flanet, as it's called in academia). True story.

"planets" are very small, (mostly at the most 1 to 10 km in diameter) and spherical.
The Earth, can not be a planet because is most likely planer and has a  circumference of approximately 60km .

Hmm yes, with Tom Bishop's contribution and these very factual facts I think we can definitely conclude that OP has been thoroughly schooled.

If the circumference is 60km, then it's what... less than 20km across? That's about the size of the city I live in.

I'm floored. My deepest convinctions begin to creak. I feel i am on the brink of a devastating change of myself. In face of such convincing arguments no wonder if in a couple of days i will turn into a fierce believer in F.E.T.

Thank you for existing, iwanttobelieve.
Q: Why do you think the Earth is round?
A: Look out the window!

Then how do you explain the "planets are 1 to 10km" brainfart?

They are a few thousand km above the plane. So I guess they can't be much bigger.

Earth isn't a planet.  That was literally just explained.
