Does the earth rotate around the sun?

First of all, great theory guys. I can't believe those "scientists" had us believing the earth was round for so long. What a crock of shit. If it's round then why wouldn't the people on opposite half fall off? Phhht.

Anyways, here's my question. Given that the earth is flat and it is a fact that there are seasons, does the earth rorate around the sun or the other way around? My theory is that the earth hangs on the sun and swings by a giant invisible pendulum. This motion would also explain the motion of the waves.

If the earth was flat it would be the day everywhere at the same time. Also, while it's summer, here, it's winter in the southern hemisphere and vice versa. The earth is round.

Hmmm, there must be something that blocks the sunlight then. maybe there's some sort of invisible sunlight barried that rorates around the sun so that it's not light everywhere at the same time?

Or maybe you're just making shit up because you're wrong and don't want to admit it?

Hey dickhead, if that was the case the sun would disapear in the sky and it would be night instantly.

I'm pretty sure that we all experience day and night at the same time. Just look at the bottom of every thread:

Why do people on the other side of the earth do not fall of the earth?

And yes, the earth moves around the sun.
I proved it.

By "the other side of the earth", do you mean underneath the earth?  If so, there aren't any people down there.

The earth is a ball, there is no underside. Up is toward space and down is towards the center of the earth.
