My thoughts exactly.  He should stop embarassing himself, admit that I'm right, therefore admitting the Earth is round.  Yet he goes on, as does the reset of the FES.  Psychologists study thousands of human mental diseases and ailments; I think they should take a look at James, Tom, or Vongeo.

And prolonged silence from Flat Earthers tends to mean we win.  The general excuse is "I didnt' feel like arguing any more", or "I'm too busy now".  And don't take that the wrong way, Vongeo, everyone most people, with the exception of people like James and Tom, have lives outside of FES, and therefore don't spend every waking moment here.  I'm just saying, rather than admitting they're wrong, FE'ers tend to just stop talking and ignore damning evidence (like that found in this thread, for instance.)

1)(All the numbers are kind of blending together for me now) Freezing is a tad silly. The alternative is distance camera specialists(they probally have a better name) who can measure distance size and height by knowing where certain things in the video are. They take the numbers and the what not, see where things were exactly at the end of each clip hang the stuff up with wires or string or something to be edited out later then go back in to a vomit comet.

Nasa has an 18.69 billion dollar budget for this year. They get more money each year. Plus every other space program gets money of some other value. http://www.nasa.gov/home/hqnews/2009/may/HQ_09-102_FY2010Budget.html I don't think Avatar made that much.

And because Avatar was so graphically stunning made it seem so real the technology to make it look completely real is not so far away.

Wires or string?  That wouldn't work at all.  Once again, things are moving in space.  Just because they can get the placement of the objects just right at the beginning of the next 'segment' doesn't mean they can smoothly transition by making sure they're still at the same velocity as they were at the end of the previous segment.  I already gave you an example of this.

If you saw what I had wrote, I said that $280 million was spent making the movie.  Which means the creators of Avatar had plenty to spend on new technology.  Secondly, have you ever heard of Adobe?  The company that makes Photoshop and Premiere Elements?  They an extremely successful business.  There are also numerous companies selling CGI technology, or comparable technologies, who do quite well.

Once again, even $19 billion wouldn't cover all they need for this "conspiracy".  Between all their 'fake research', 'fake missions', etc, they couldn't afford to pay the tens of thousands of people to keep their mouths shut.

I don't know why we're even talking about the Conspiracy, as it could not even exist.

First of all, you don't get my point.  Any idiot knows that 280 million < 18 billion.  My point is, NASA must pay EVERYONE who knows MORE than what the COULD be making otherwise.  For example, if people at NASA, using this 'secret, ultra-high-tech CGI technology' or whatever, could sell this technology for 2 million dollars, that means NASA needs to pay them MORE than 2 million dollars (and NASA certainly doesn't have the resources to do this for every single person involved in the Conspiracy).  Otherwise, why stick with the Conspiracy?  Also, blackmailing, threatening, etc, doesn't work for everyone.  It wouldn't be hard to get information to the outside world on the Conspiracy.  Secret letters, codes, hidden cameras, audio tapes, etc. are all easy things to do.

Next, wouldn't be a little suspicious of the workers at NASA were being paid hundreds of thousands of dollars over their defined salaries?  Bank statements, among other things, would show some weird stuff, which would get looked into.

The chances that just one person can gather enough evidence to condemn this 'Conspiracy' is far too great.  Now-a-days, people are even nosier when it comes to banking/'numbers'.  The point is, they all get caught; like Enron did, like all those other companies.  And apparently I don't "know what you mean".  I don't understand why the government would be any more capable of hiring shady people than any other company.  In fact, I'd think it'd be harder to do just that.  Their under even greater scrutiny because they're arguably the foremost Aeronautics company in the world.  If there was the slightest flaw in their system, it would be exploited and let known to the public.
