If the Earth is flat how does the moon revolve around us? How does a Space Shuttle stay in orbit if the Earth is flat? Also, are you guys like living in the early 1400s??? Lastly, give me 10 things that proove that the Earth is flat and I'll believe you "flat-Earthers."
1. I'm actually not sure how orbit works under the acceleration theory.
2. The FE theory holds that there aren't any man-made satellites.
3. No. Very few of the posters actually believe in a flat earth, the rest of us are participating in a debate exercise. Arguing for or against a theory both sides know to be false. Yes, because of our current level of technology there have to be certain leaps in logic, but for the Round Earthers, it's an exercise in being able to prove that the Earth is round without technology, using only mathematic and scientific principles and experiments. It's sometimes frustrating, since the Flat Earthers don't actually perform the experiments that would prove their side wrong... but then, if every Flat Earther left or changed sides when proven wrong, this site would no longer serve a purpose.
