In 2012 Venus passed in front of the Sun

In 2012 Venus passed in front of the Sun. I'm a flat earth believer, but having a tough time with the Sun and Moon inside the firmament if there is one. One thing is that the Mayans and we also saw what was believed to be Venus pass in front of the Sun. Any talk about that one? THanks

How do you know that?  Did you see it yourself or did the government tell you?

All I see is videos, including everything on Flat earth. So Guess I can't go by my eyes alone.

I didn't see the Venus transit, but DID personally put my eye to a telescope during the Mercury transit last year.

Right, because videos can't be faked. 

I saw Venus cross the sun the first time around. It was real.
