Cloud seeding and geo enginrering aren't even secret. As far as I know it happens very extensively in the UAE because they want to change their climate to make it easier to grow plants. But the trails behind commercial airplanes are just contrails, come on.

Well,  I finally watched the Kevin Shipp presentation,  most of what he said is in the realm of half-truth, certainly the Pinochet stuff was real,  the CIA has done plenty of dirty stuff, and it's grist to the conspiracy mill.   

He was long on generalities and short on specifics,  but I see nothing more than what was already common knowledge about the CIA.

Everyone knows Bush covered up the intelligence failures surrounding 9/11,  failure to connect the dots,  incompetance.

As far as his notions on geo-engineering,  yes, geo engineering is a real research topic,  and rightly so,  but that has nothing to do with chemtrails.   That's just conspiracy paranoia.

The American public knows the CIA and NSA are up to nefarious shit for dubious reasons, but the majority of people have no idea what they're expected to do about it and so they just go on about their lives, hoping that whatever higher power they pray to will protect them.

Religion has already done the leg work in gathering billions of followers. It makes sense, someone would study it and use it as a tool to keep it going. The bible even gives us a chapter of the future in 'Revelations'. It's not just something that makes for good movies, but a person could conceivably use it to write themselves into the narrative.
