Just the opposite. You globe earth believers only think that way because youre so engulfed in the system that created the lie.
No. I "believe" the way that I do because that is what all the evidence points to.
A round Earth is the only one which makes sense.
In order for Earth to not be round, the vast majority of Earth simply can't exist.
The equinox alone demonstrates that Earth needs to be round.
At one point in time, along a meridian the sun is rising due east, while it is directly above the equator half way around and then setting due west another half way around.
Half a day later, the rise/set has switched as have day and night.
During the day the sun appears to trace a path above the equator.
At mid day, the sun is either due north if you are south of the equator, due south if you are north of the equator or directly up if you are on the equator.
This shows the equator is a circle.
This shows the position of the sun is directly above that equator.
It rising due east and setting due west along the meridian shows that the sun is very distant, much further than the distance around the equator.
The only way for this to be possible is for the equator to be a ring, with the sun in the same plane as this ring, making the Earth at least round. Then to get the due north/due south right, the rest of Earth must curve away from the equator, making it into a spherical shape.
I was brought up believing a lie in a system that actively promoted that lie.
That lie was called Christianity.
In high school I actually decided to think about it and realised it was pure childish crap without any sane reason to believe in it, so I discarded it.
At other times (including now) I have thought far more about the shape of Earth, and all the evidence points to Earth being round, so I wont discard that until someone can provide evidence it isn't round.
