Oh i feel tired all the time, oh i just dont have that get up and go like i used to, oh i have headaches so often, oh im just not in the mood. Sound like you? Youre a victim of a malicious regime who want you sedated and docile like livestock to be taken advantage of. WAKE UP. The pineal gland governs your thoughts, when you are tired, when you are enerergetic, when you are content, even when you are sexually aroused. This regime wants that part of you screwed up!!! THEY want to govern your thoughts! THEY want to dictate what you do. Take back your mind! Heal your body from the inside out. Start sungazing.

Not at all. Every morning I rise feeling fully rested, usually between 6 and 7. I never drink caffeine, but because of my relatively healthy diet and exercise regimen I rarely feel fatigued.

My mental and physical health are paramount, and that has nothing to do with whether I gaze at the sun or not. You may continue pursuing such ventures as you will, and if you notice anything noteworthy let us know.

Try not to sound like a commercial next time.

Good for you, mr.pineal. What a name right? Surely you knew about the gland before you signed up for this site? Where did you get such a fascination with that specific body part?

Let's keep this on topic, shall we? If you'd like to start a thread about the pineal gland, feel free to do so.

This thread is about sungazing. If you wish to talk about the pineal gland, start by explaining how the pineal gland and sungazing are related.

What specific benifits do you personally experience from continued daily sungazing?

It's this particular question that has been asked of him over and over again. And he keeps strangely quiet, yet you'd think someone who would post such a topic as this would have something to say about their own personal experiences.

At the moment the pineal gland is the topic! How did it get there? Your continued questioning about what benefits there are to sungazing! Thats how! I told you already, to understand the benefits of sungazing you must understand the function of the pineal gland. Why do most of seem to intentionally ignore where the thread has been and is going? Its like your only goal is to distract and detract!

If you pay attention, I asked you a direct question regarding the specific relationship between sungazing and the pineal gland.

As to my username, I have been fascinated with the pineal gland for many years now. As you may know, the pineal gland is known for producing melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleep patterns. What most people don't know is the pineal gland is also responsible for producing DMT, a chemical produced in very small quantities during REM cycles, and in very large concentrations just before death and during near-death experiences.

I, among many others, believe the pineal gland to be the window to the soul. Personally, I believe that the human consciousness itself resides in this gland. During death, the pineal gland produces huge amounts of DMT, allowing the body and soul to separate. Anybody who has experienced the effects of DMT will tell you the same.

What I don't know is what sungazing does for the pineal gland. Why don't you enlighten us?

I keep telling you what it does. The pineal is the origin of all human thought, and sungazing strengthens it immensely. Why? The pineal is light sensitive, thats why its also called the third eye! So by exercising the seat of your soul, your soul is strengthened.

I am afraid your keeping on telling us means nothing at all, unless you claim to be a 15-year-old scientist who is also an endocrinologist, or a least someone with a medical background.

Of course, if you gave the source of your information, it would help your case a lot!

An Overview of the Pineal Gland
Maintaining Circadian Rhythym
For being such a tiny structure, the pineal gland has a colorful and misunderstood history. It’s considered a somewhat mysterious organ, as its function was discovered last of the endocrine glands.

The pineal gland was once dubbed the “third eye,” which originated for many reasons, ranging from its location deep in the center of the brain to its connection to light. Also, the French philosopher and mathematician René Descartes was fascinated with the pineal gland. He even regarded it as the “principal seat of the soul, and the place in which all our thoughts are formed.” However, his observations have been widely rejected.

From An Overview of the Pineal Gland, Maintaining Circadian Rhythym

Note: "French philosopher and mathematician René Descartes was fascinated with the pineal gland. He even regarded it as the “principal seat of the soul, and the place in which all our thoughts are formed.” However, his observations have been widely rejected."

I would not regard a 17th century "French philosopher and mathematician", even René Descartes, as an authority on the function of endocrine glands.

And
Quote from: Wikipedia, numerous references
Pineal gland
The pineal gland, also known as the pineal body, conarium or epiphysis cerebri, is a small endocrine gland in the vertebrate brain. The shape of the gland resembles a pine cone, hence its name. The pineal gland is located in the epithalamus, near the center of the brain, between the two hemispheres, tucked in a groove where the two halves of the thalamus join. The pineal gland produces melatonin, a serotonin derived hormone which modulates sleep patterns in both circadian and seasonal cycles.

I am certainly not biased against other endocrine glands, but the pineal gland is the only gland capable of producing dimethyltriptamine, also known as the spirit molecule. It is a little understood gland, and I believe there will be many discoveries regarding this pineal gland in the future.

You seem to be.  There's like 8 major glands, and you are biased for one.  Glandism is a terrible thing.

Well, believe away - but that's just speculation.

Anyway, I'm off outside to take out my pineal gland and expose it to some sunlight.  Gonna give it a good scrubbing with a toothbrush and some baking soda - get it in tip top shape.   Doing the testes tomorrow.

Well, maybe.

No, not maybe. Do a little research. The pineal gland is the only gland that has ever been observed to produce DMT in vertebrate creatures.

In other vertebrate creatures, the pineal gland has photoreceptor cells, which is why it is sometimes called a third eye.

Still, over stimulation of such cells will cause irreparable damage. Looking directly at the sun is not recommended, especially since ARHB cannot tell you any specific benifits.

I'm curious, how far have you researched DMT? Beyond the Netflix special I assume? I was surprised to find out how many plants contain DMT to one extent or another. And just how relatively easy it is to extract.
Also, most if not all reptiles have a visible "3rd eye". Whether or not it's connected to the pineal gland and the extent of its function, I cannot say for sure..

The 3rd eye present in some reptile species is directly tied to the pineal gland. This 3rd eye is sometimes called the parapineal gland. Reptiles use this gland to regulate body temperature and produce hormones like melatonin.

Indeed, DMT exists in some concentration in almost every single living thing on Earth. South Americans have been extracting the substance from various tree barks for spiritual purposes for millenia.

I have personally taken DMT on several separate occasions, and I can attest to the spiritual qualities of the stuff.

You are a fool. DMT is meant to be produced in the body, not taken externally. Sun gazing provides the pineal with the energy required to create a nourish the body with its own naturally made chemicals.
