If the other nations, and all the scientists are not complicit, then which nation, and which scientists have publicly come out for a Flat Earth?  What new evidence have they revealed?

Well, "Boko (Haram) says the earth is flat" - does that count? Boko says the earth is flat.

The threats are outlined in a new report by Human Rights Watch,
which lays bare the devastating impact wreaked by Boko Haram
on Nigeria's school system. File photo Image by: AFP

Quote from: Times Live, South Africa
Teachers of the subject have emerged as an unlikely top target for the group because their lessons contradict its bizarre views that the earth is flat and that rainfall is caused by God's divine will rather than by evaporation.

They are now ranked alongside Nigerian security chiefs and senior politicians as prime candidates for assassination.

OK, I reiterate, which I am sure will annoy many people.
First, since some of the motives adduced to current advocates of a round earth (e.g., embezzling at NASA) wouldn't have been possible before the 20th century, WHY were governments and scientists and academicians promoting the "hoax" of a Round Earth before the 20th century?  (The notion of a Round Earth was accepted by many - admittedly not all - educated people even before the time of Christopher Columbus.)  So what was their pay-off (in the 15th or 16th or 17th centuries)?  What was their motivation for maintaining the hoax?

Second, some of the motives supposedly operating now to perpetuate the hoax of a Round Earth don't make sense, in light of the fact that whatever profit the hoax may bring to a few it cannot spread to many.  NASA officials might be embezzling, but there are many thousands of scientists worldwide who aren't getting anything extra for saying the Earth is round, and a great many retired scientists who aren't getting anything at all anymore for saying the Earth is any sort of shape - so what's their motive for concealing the flatness of the Earth?  And NASA money only goes so far; what about all the scientists in foreign countries, even countries not on good terms with the USA?  The same objection pretty much applies to any other attempted motive for perpetuating the hoax.  The scientist who breaks the silence and comes forward with the truth of the Flat Earth will become more famous (and presumably more prosperous) than Edison or Einstein .... and yet nobody has come forward.

You should look at this list of "famous FE scientists", from "the other place"!

I'm sure some of my colleagues will disagree with me on some of these names because there truly are quite a few to choose from. Top to bottom, I'd say Tom Bishop, James McIntyre, John Davis, myself, Lord Wilmore, Dr David Thork, Sandokhan, Sherry Shepherd, BoB, and, rounding out the list, the vivacious Tila Tequila.
;D Scientists, really?   ;D
