what would happen to a flat earth. if it gets hit my a meteor miles and miles in diameter?? its happend before...


would it tilt and all the water flow off?

Oh wait, I didn't see the "miles in diameter" part. If Earth was hit by a meteor "miles and miles" in diameter there could be a huge effect.

Well since you claim that i son't think it can be true.

Compare a frisbee to a basketball.

one has more mass than the other obviously.

now imagine a marbel being hurled at let's say 70 MPH for sake of size. which will be affected more?

since you (as a society) claim that the earth is disk shaped it has less mass than the round thoery. and therefore would be affected more by the meteor.

Actually, in the FE model, Earth may have more mass.

Curiously, you do not provide an answer to this question in your post.  I sort of expect the basketball would explode, or, failing that, accelerate off in a random direction at previously unimagined speeds and rates of spin.

I used them for image guidance.

had a marbel struck going 70MPH

the ball would be dented and reflex back out and displace.
the frisbee might shatter or just have a hole blown straight through.

but since i used them as examples it is hard to say how this would work on a planetary/diskus scale.

since one has a mass that is disputed (round) and one unknown (disk), no can say for sure what the effects would be had on these models.

does that satisfy you?

I am satisfied that your analogy is somewhat interesting if mostly speculative, so that really no good reason has been given forth so far that the sort of meteorite impact the (flat) Earth has experienced in recorded history would send it spinning out of control.

I dont defend FE i still think its quite funny to hear all these things, i mean is the most meaningless forum on round earth?
But there is diffrence between a basket ball and a frisbee, the ball is "soft" and has a bounce effect and the Frisbee is hard.. so cant compare them but i get your point and support the idea... oh and the
