I get a message saying "The High Definition Earth Viewing experiment is either switching cameras, or we are experiencing a temporary loss of signal with the ISS."
This is cast iron evidence to support the FACT that the ISS is actually a jet (sometimes Gulfstream, sometimes Airbus). The loss of signal is at changover. Clearly they can't have one jet permanently flying. Even if it was getting refuelled, it would need to land for servicing and maintenance, and pilot rotation (Branson, Atta, Nielsen, Gorilla, Solway Spaceman etc). So they must have a fleet of them. Time for a swap? Simples, the fresh plane catches up with the old one, and the old one turns off its spotlight and lands again. Clearly, if they continued the feed through this operation people would see it all in glorious HD, so they turn the camera off, and actually tell you what they're doing: switching cameras!
Talk about hiding in plane (sic) sight, lul!
OH MY DAYS.
I had the live feed on the other monitor as I was typing this, and I am telling you right now, there was a fracking Gorilla looking straight down the camera at me. Then he looked away to someone off screen, then quickly ducked his black, furry head down. I think they screwed up big style. I wasn't meant to see him.
