Flat earth advocates seem to think that anyone and everyone who circumnavigates the globe is going in a circle.  Accordingly,  they seem to believe that nobody has the capacity for traveling in a straight line, and that people are prone to perpetually turning left or right.

I mean, they have some shit explanation for how you don't walk in straight lines, but they still haven't been able to explain how flights can fly over Antarctica.

And yet, not only are all people and vehicles apparently incapable of moving in a straight line, they are condemned to moving in a circle such that they end up exactly where they started.  Assuming we live on a flat plane, how incompetent we must be!

Apparently it even affects light very strongly.

On the equinox on the equator at sunset, you see the Sun on the horizon. You are facing due W but the Sun is NW of you, per the FE model. So, how do you see it due W? Does light bend to the right?

BTW, same for sunrise, facing E, sun NE of you. Does light bend to the left?

What about up and down navigation?
