If the world was a flat disk-shaped platter with the continents sitting on top, there would have to be some point on the map that would qualify as the western-most land mass, eastern-most land mass, northern-most, and southern-most. if we look at a flat map of the earth as use that as a reference, we can see that Japan is one of the eastern-most land masses. Taking this into consideration, how can it be possible that someone in California (USA) for example, would fly WEST to get there?

They believe it's layed out differently: the north pole is at the center of the disc, and the outer edge is Antarctica. Basically the U.N. logo.

The real question, of course, "how could one fly south from South America to get to Australia," is equally mystifying. Nonetheless, you're about to hear some cryptic information concerning "jet streams."

Try using a compass, you know that mystical object that tells you which way north is.  Or do Flat earthers not have that since it would not work on a flat earth?

north is just north, a compass should work perfectly fine on a flat earth, the magnetic pole is in the middle of the earth instead of on the top.

Even though only magnetic fields are one round planets and stars.  Since no other planet or star shape has been found, that means the world must be round ofr compasses to work.

im not really sure what you wanted to say there...

but negative and positive poles work in a many variety of ways, it does not neccesairly imply that there is a "top " or a "bottom" or a "sphere".

now think on this,

 if you ar holding a compass at the equator of a round earth, first to use a tipical compass you have to hold it horizontaly for it to work, then draw a "straight line" following the arrow of the compass, that line on a round earth would be pointing towards out in space, because it is pointing perpendicular to the earth's gravity, if the earth was round shouldn't a compass point diagonaly through the earth towards the north pole?

The magnetic field of the Earth conforms to its surface. The needle of a compass aligns itself with that field.

Everybody knows that the magnetic field is NOT parallel to the Hearth's
 surface. It is progressively more inclinated as you go near the diameter of the Hearth disc usually called Equator. So what ?. That little needle can do whatever it pleases, the Hearth is still FLAT.

I was not talking about West as in definate relation to MAGNETIC North. What I'm getting at is: If you go in any one direction (DISREGARDING MAGNETIC NORTH), you will eventually end up at the starting point.

He's right!  chotacabras is right!  I just checked it.  The Hearth is flat.

The earth is magnetic because of electrical currents produced by the coupling of convective effects and rotation in the spinning liquid metallic outer core of iron and nickel
I didnt think a flat earth would have a core.
