I play D&D every week. Morrowind obviously doesn't use the D&D rules. It's just trying to mimic it with the hit/miss thing, which fails terribly because Morrowind is not turn-based.

Redguard is generally considered to be the strongest entry in the Elder Scrolls series, because blacks.

Are you kidding me, you dumb whores? Just download the very popular mod that "fixes" the problem, or better yet, lrn2DnD.

Link to said mod?

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=23746

It's really easy to find.  I agree, though, is one of the things about Morrowind that used to be extremely annoying.
Nomad is a superhero.

I understand the complaint and it's a common one I hear for Morrowind. I think it's an amazing game but admittedly you have to use your imagination to fill in some of the blanks (in this case, your low weapon skill is causing your attack to fail because the enemy is dodging or you're just being clumsy). So when somebody says, "HOW CUM I MISS WEN ITS RITE DERE HURRHURR", then people such as Particle Person, who already suffers from elitism, are going to think you're an idiot who should stick to Call of Duty or Viva Piņata (or any game Ichi is currently playing).

Honestly, the system isn't that flawed. If you just specialise your character for one particular type of weapon and get that weapon early, you can hit anything your level and beyond pretty much all the time. I have no problem at all with a long blade specialised redguard. And also, I think you hit automatically with spells.

I never go with redguards, though. I usually use high elves because they have more mana.

That was pretty much my plan, especially since I've never really played a Nord character thus far. Call me racist, but I can't see a Bosmer or Argonian being a dragonborn.

But everyone knows Skyrim is basically Oblivion - Viking edition, and a black viking is historically inaccurate. Also, I always played Nord in Oblivion because they usually turned out least weird-looking.

I've never been able to play through the super slow Morrowind, but I'm sure playing on PC (with mods) would be much less torturous.

I will be playing Skyrim as a Khajiit.

Nope. They are so hideous and stupid. A hero Khajiit is silly.

I'm playing New Vegas now and it is pretty super-sweet.

The Might and Magic series is vastly superior.

Uh hum. The only one I played was III, but I was obsessed with it for a while. Great game.

You really can't see the humanoid reptilians being the dragonborn? Really?
