Space flight

From what I remember reading, according to the "Flat Earth Theory", we can't go into space to observe the definite shape of the Earth.  If this is true, why is this so?

My guess is they'll say certain flights into space may be real, but anything that shows a curvature to the Earth's surface is part of a huge worldwide cover-up.  The confirmation bias here is crazy.  They tend to reject outright anything that goes against their presupposition, then grasp at straws for anything that may--to a confused mind--support it.

People have gone in lawn chairs high enough to view the curvature of the Earth, why don't these FEers do the same thing to take a picture of their "flat earth"?

*sigh*  Nothing in FET prohibits traveling to space to make observations.  Staying in space for any substantial length of time is another matter.

Well sorry if I'm not understanding your theory.  You don't see me posting "sigh" in every topic in this forum where you clearly don't understand the universe at all, so show some hospitality.

If space flight is possible in the "Flat Earth Theory", then why aren't there any valid pictures from FEers?

He isnt a flat earther, he just corrected you. If your going to disprove someone be sure to know everything on their side, and the reason being is because all of them are of spherical earths and they believe they are forged, if the 'conspiracy' were to take photos of a Flat Earth then they would release them it would undo everything they are trying to do.

Lurk a little bit and figure out some things and try to find out whos a flat earther and whos a round earther.
That would be a simulation of the fabric of space-time bending back upon itself

He was speaking for them, so I used "you" and "your" in replace of "FEers".

I'm not talking about REers, I'm talking about FEers.  Why don't FEers go and take a picture of this "flat earth"?

My sigh was because I very recently gave the same answer to the same question that someone else had asked.  Perhaps you you had bothered to lurk for a while, you would have seen it and had your question answered before you asked.

They dont have the money to go to space, 'nor do I. Maybe one day when it becomes much more common for space flight which its almost beggining to be we can all take photos and post them here. Hm? :D

I'm curious about where they think the space shuttles go after millions of people watch them lift off and track their progress with their eyeballs, then watch them descend from space and land a couple weeks later.

I would gladly take pictures of our flat Earth to prove FET. Do you have a spaceship I could borrow?

Contact Virgin airlines.  They are working on space flights for tourists.

If you go high enough, wouldn't you be accelerated along with the earth and everything else. So staying in space for any substantial length of time wouldn't really be a problem?

And that's where it gets tricky.
