I know this isn't really a conspiracy website, but I thought i'd field my personal copnspiracy theory and see if any ones thought of it before. To make a super soldier you need to gather genetic material from the strongest, fastest, toughest people. All olympic athletes have to take drugs tests. Ready supply of good genetic material. Anyone biting?

True, it is.  But not now.  Too many people are aganist cloning...  also we would need a posible few more years to do it, for the abblity to cloly moniter such a delicate cloning process

BUT! We're in super paranoid world here. People's opinions don't matter, you're not going to tell people about your secret geneticaly engineered super army. And in paranoid land the cloning technology exists, they're just not telling you about it.
