How did the flat earth form?
« on: January 31, 2010, 01:51:12 PM »
To FE's, I have some questions.
1. How did the flat earth form billions of years ago? Like, how did this planet turn intro a disk?

2. Why is this the only planet that is flat? Why aren't all the other planets flat and actually spherical?
Note: We have proof the other planets are sphere shaped because of the telescope and the naked eye.
P.S: Please don't say some garbage like "it just is", because that's retarded.

They seem to think earth isn't a planet and that we are the all knowing beings at the centre of the universe at which all things revolve around.

Not at all.

In short, we do not know, though there are a few theories.

A fair response.  Care to elaborate on those theories?

This.

I find it hard to believe that all the other planets are sphere shaped and this is the only planet that's flat.

Interesting though that we're pretty sure how the round earth formed.  Planets are thought to coalesce from the dust and debris surrounding a young star as it itself forms.
