Religion and philosophy

Used to be my favorite section. The debates were fun and always led me to thinking. Now it seems the most intelligent thing to come out of there is the things we wondered about when we were 8 and in kindergarten. Have all the intelligent people left?

I think kingman is trolling it too much. Also Abdulaziz left, he always started some good conversations, even if he copy/paste a lot.

Being athiest by default I find that that section doesn't interest me. If I want to rant with no readers understanding my point but kick off with some fundie bullshit I'm suppose to take as fact I'll go to some religious forum and troll there.

That's all there is there. I'm talking about the philosophical arguments with Beno and such. It used to be full of intelligent discussions.

I'd start more topics in there, but there isn't anyone or thing worth debating. That and I already know how most will respond to them; and then there will be trolling and it'll be done.

No, there is a rule that every rule has an exception. So in order for something to be a rule it has to have an exception.

So what's the exception to the rule about every rule having an exception?

But then it does have an exception, so it isn't an exception to itself.

No. It is exceptionless, therefore an exception to the rule.

The logic stops there. and if you keep going it no longer applies to the rule.
