Obviously you're more interested in trying to disprove our theories, rather than accepting what we've proven to be true.
From what I have come to know, the 'weather' is a concoction. Clouds are merely an illusion produced by a variety of objects hidden away amongst the wall.
There are objects on either side of our planet that are used to raise and lower the tide. The enormous volume of these objects is enough to displace our oceans enough to raise the waterline a few inches on a regular basis, this again is part of the conspiracy, as it proves yet another theory that your 'scientists' have discovered.
