I like how you people keep saying we've been "fed information from school" when usually the information from school turns out to be CORRECT.  Or, when it isn't, teachers realize their mistake and books and such are changed, since science and technology is always changing.  So I think I'll go with what teachers and professors and scientists tell me rather than what a hundred people on an obscure flat earth forum post on a discussion thread, each with his own opinion.  Call it my choice in life.

Engy...where did you learn it technically wasn't a force? Furthermore, no-one except you gives a damn about the hyper-correct terminology. Ask any expert about the force of gravity, and their reply won't be "gravity isn't a force."

maybe you didn't read my last post.  i said that schools make mistakes since science is always changing, and when they realize they have, they ADMIT it, unlike you FE'rs who keep half-answering and avoiding questions that you can't answer! and yes, i think i'll believe centuries of generations of scientists and teachers rather than what *a few* FEe'rs whom i have conversed with believe.

Huh...that's odd...I learned it in school...maybe you dropped out... It's just that, for simplicity, people talk about it as a force, because in our frame of reference...it is! It is an observed force, sort of like the centrifugal force. You still talk about it, even though it doesn't exist, don't you? And that's the reason, not ignorance. If you asked a college professor, even if you were working on them about spacetime curvature, they wouldn't tell you "not a force". They would maybe say technically not a force. But you just go blathering on, confusing people, to boost your ego.

You know, its insanely strange, but for all my so called "communication problems", people have no problem understanding me, but difficulty understanding you. About the rest of it, understand this. The people who understand you, understand the point you make, but use different terminology because the misconception is widespread(FE and RE). It's as ingrained as biting your nails to some people. May not be good, or right, but its harmless. Those who don't...are never gonna learn, and if they do, they'll do it another way. You just annoy the rest of the universe.
