Okay, let's debate your fluid problem on the "Official Site"

You're illustration is water running down a beach ball. Well, the fact is that when you do that to a beach bell, there is most definitely a very large earth pulling the water down. Now, in the RE Law, there is no earth below the earth pulling the water down. The earth is the only thing with the magnetism to pull the water anywhere with noticeable force, therefore pulling the water to itself.
