I said when you went to Africa, I assumed world domination should include a continent rich in diamonds and minions.

I knew cambodia wasn't in Africa, though i couldn't remember exactly where.

Africa's last. I don't want my army to catch AIDS or Bubonic Plague or whatever the fuck they have down there. If I need a good source of minions, I'm going to China and Mexico, and the Middle East for military minions. They're used to crazily radical dictators anyways, a shift to a global superpower wouldn't be much different.
Why bother trying to train a bunch of uncivilized people when I can just pick up where Mao, Saddam, Kim Jong-Il, et al., left off?

And anyways, it's not like I'm going to go straight for China or Japan or something. I'm talking about going through Cambodia, militarily taking out the south-eastern Asian countries, which are less developed and presumably virtually defenseless. Simultaneously, I'll move through the Middle East with a wave of propaganda, and try to get a foothold in Mexico via Central America with my diplomats. After I dupe the Arabs into joining me (with promises of taking America and assurances of my religious piety...Of course, mostly lies), I'll have a plenty strong military that I can march into India. Once India is taken, I'll have a fair amount of economic superiority, especially if I allow the Indian culture to stay the way it is. After that, it won't be hard to march into Tibet, or even convince the Tibetan Buddhists to join my cause (even if they don't that whole area is relatively unprotected due to such conflict with China and Tibetans; a third party could easily march on through). Once I have a foothold in China with that army, I'll move my forces up towards Shanghai from the foothold I already have in Southeast Asia. If Tibet is taken, China should panic and send some forces over there. Even if they don't they're pretty much screwed because they won't be able to take me on two completely separate fronts (such is the loss of such spread out forces). China will fall eventually after my siege, and once I have China, I'll hopefully have Mexico under my thumb. By that point, I'll also have the Middle East and possibly North Africa, so I start raiding ships on the Strait of Gibraltar, on the Mediterranean Sea. I don't let any ships by without paying dues to me. This will not only give me added cash, but cripple some of the European economy for the future.
