Holy shat! That is the most disturbing thing I have ever seen! Imagine turning a corner and right in the middle of the road is an ocean of blood and guts!

The writing strongly supports that it is China. Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese writing are very distinct from each other.

Taiwan, if I remember right.  I remember this being in Reuters news, like, two years ago.  They were transporting the whale to some observatory for an autopsy to see why it died, and the heat combined with gasses produced from the whale's decay caused it to explode.

Ah, yes. Taiwan. I should have noticed the secondary writings in blue, along with the architectural layout of the street.

I don't recall hearing about this, but the methane burst sounds about right.
