Tom, NASA says that all images from mars are released at the exact time they are recieved, their is no time to preview the images before they go public. The first two links are BS conspiracy theory website. The last one, is for people who aren't extraterrestrial geologist's. This allows the public with a passive eye on space exploration to make for their own opinions and not be left out of somthing they take interest to.

That's an ice shelf. arse. also 150' is nothing that can't be scaled through climbing or flying, and these storms you speak of, how do you know they're there if man can't go there?

The Ice Wall is the beginning of the unknown.  Humans have only traveled about 1600 miles past the Ice Wall, and no one knows how far the tundras reach.  The further from the Ice Wall you go, the further away the sun is, and, thus, the colder it is, so no one has traveled that far out.
