If the earth is flat why do we see different stars, constellations, and planets at different times of the year? IE Gemini in February and not December

conspiracy. the government has invested in illusion making light devices. you are not actually seeing stars, instead you are seeing a brilliant light show that changes with the seasons puppeted by the government.
