re?  And what about time zones?  How does night work?  If we are a rotating disk, why is it that we face the sun at different times?  If all of the world was on one side of the disk, then wouldnt it all be facing at the same time, and thus be night at the same time?

Because the earth rotates, a fluid that flows along the earth's surface feels a "Coriolis" acceleration perpendicular to its velocity. In the northern hemisphere, Coriolis acceleration makes low pressure storm systems spin counterclockwise; however, in the southern hemisphere, they spin clockwise because the direction of the Coriolis acceleration is reversed.

kmec20 has got a point, all you guys have is overly complicated ideas that really have no basis b/c of the fact that they dont have anything to stand on, for example a world wide cover up? wth?

It's because the government does not want to admit there are many, many gods and that the Pagan belief is truth.  This would cause world wide revolts and terror.

Except they don't regard it as Improv in business, sir.  Wisely wikipedia states, "Improvisation is the act of making something up as it is performed.
