He even said he fell in love with robots. this indicates that his defensive wall has disappeared. the question is:

A WA woman is speaking out after her “gentle, kind and loving” husband was rapidly radicalised by conspiracy theorist extremists.

I should elaborate on the shoplifting.

So I'm scanning some items in the self checkout lane and there are a few that just won't scan.

Then it hit me.  since I am the one scanning the items, I AM THE CASHIER! 

Now as a cashier I am empowered to make certain decision in order to speed up the line.  Today those decisions including comping the customer on the items that wouldn't scan.
