Then how come it's possible to fly over any ocean without flying off into space?

IF your theory is true, that the Earth is indeed flat, then say, flying over an ocean where the boundary of the Earth is, (see: we fall off of the earth if we go past it) wouldn't it result in the aircraft just simply flying off into space?

Nice to see that you read the FAQ.

Lucky for us, aircraft come with fancy edge avoidance equipment.

I would like you to prove the existence of "edge avoidance equipment".

Oh, right, so what we call Antarctica is actually just a huge ice wall.  Well since no one's actually SEEN anyone ever actually fly off the edge of the world, and there's labs in Antarctica, along with explorers visit Antarctica, and no one's ever reported such a claim, I'd say it's safe to say that the world isn't flat, or that that ice wall is at another location.

EDIT: Also, if the world is flat, wouldn't it be possible to launch space craft from said ice wall?

There would be no reason to do that.

The pilots stay away from the icewall, because they know better.
