How would you get aerial photographs of North Korea and the middle of the pacific ocean?
I think he meant that it would be hard to project them onto a sphere if the Earth was flat.
Quote from: "manta_ray007"I think he meant that it would be hard to project them onto a sphere if the Earth was flat.No it isn't. All images are rectangular. No matter how complex a 3D object is, all maps and textures that are used on that object will be rectangular.
exactly, now if the earth is flat and google is in on the "conspiracy", how long and how much money do you think it would take to get ALL those rectangular photos and then compile them onto a sphere to make it appear that the earth is round???
From the FAQ"Our images are photographs taken by satellites and aircraft sometime in the last three years."
