Now, according to flat-earth believers, science fact as is accepted today is flawed due to altered evidence, doctored photos and a series of other billion dollar hoaxes.

Therefore, it is their belief that the only acertainable facts can be acquired by simple personal observation. Therefore, you can prove the world is flat by just looking out the window and saying "the earth looks flat, it must therefore be flat" likewise you can observe a sand falling off a beach ball to explain why the earth cannot be round. So everything is based of personal observations, what I can see, touch, taste, smell and hear is the only thing that I can know to be true.

So I will now use their own method to prove that bullhorn does not exist.

I have never seen bullhorn
I have never touched bullhorn
I have never heard bullhorn
etc.

QED. Thus it is proven. Bullhorn does not exist. All messages posted to this board under the alias "bullhorn" is a government hoax setup to blind me into thinking that bullhorn does exist when he in fact does not.

Uh no it doesnt prove he exists. The point made by Descartes is the only thing whose existence you can be certain of is that you exists I think therefore I am. This isn't relevant beause since you can't tell if thngs exist or are just figments of your imagination make no pratical difference. I may just be food for the robots but taht doesnt mena I can jump off a building and not die.The pratical results between reality being real or and illusion are identical. The philosophical moral and theological implications are not.

Not if his existence is merely the product of a government agency trying to decieve you into believing he exists. The entire premise of bullhorn's train of thought is that this train of thought is equally, or more, valid than simply assuming he exists because you see effects that would easily be explained by his existence, although you've never met him.

What if I were to claim that bullhorn is a hoax, and that I made him up? I registered the username a while ago, posted some nonsense, and then gave the username and password to a random person I met on the street. Who knows who controls him now? :)

The fact that you have read posts online does not imply that a person wrote them. bullhorn could just be the alter-ego of 6strings, or he could be a very poorly-designed AI. Given the low degree of correlation between bullhorn-input and bullhorn-output, I'd say the latter is pretty likely. Anybody ever play with Eliza?

I can verify that this is in fact true, as the person Erasmus met on the street was me: the piece of paper had the web address on it, and I have been posting for bullhorn for a while now; it's been fascinating watching the dialogue between this alias and other people; even more funny is when I interact with myself (Mundi) in this fashion.

Anyway, I intend for bullhorn to come into this debate soon and post some things which are meant to make you think that he has an independent personality; this is all just a smokescreen, of course, because it's all just me.
