Tom Bishop set of my fucking dumbass alarm! Well, actually he sets it off all the time, but this one is special.

Photoshop, whether it be 7 as "shown" or CS2 (9) which I have, it is impossible to render such images. Perhaps stop saying such bullshit. This time you spoke 100% out your ass.

I'm no expert at this, but wouldn't you need a 3d rendering program plus a vector drawing program to create an image like this? And I have no idea how long it would take to produce one with such detail and quailty.

What would be the point outside of the film industry when we already have satellites that take these pictures for us?

Your pictures are both annoyingly large and obviously fake. I really wish you'd have taken the time to resize them.

you make me so mad, you're obviously like three fucking years old.

If we showed you a real looking picture proving that the earth was flat, then you'd believe it, but not ones proving that the earth is round. Ohhhh noooo. Why? cause you're a narrow minded shit.

You're quite stuck up for someone who believes the Earth is flat.  If you went into space for yourself and saw a spherical Earth, you would deny it.  Because you love your conspiracy theories.

Disclaimer:
I do not believe that the earth is flat.

I was saying that most FEers are narrow-minded, since they will not accept the fact that most photos from space of Earth are real. But, they would probably believe a picture of a realistic Flat Earth from space.

Soz mate.  I misinterpretted that totally.  I got mixed up with who you were mad at too, didn't even notice that you qoated someone above your comment, how embarrassing. I apologize.

Yes, which Photoshop 7 is not. The most photoshop can do in that picture is brighten it to make things more visible, or convert it from whatever it originally was to jpeg.

Also, there is no 3d program that can create such an image. No FEer has ever taken both 2d graphic design and 3d graphic design like I have. Probably within the next 5 years a 3d program can come close, but no. Try again, failures.

Mate, I'm not sure how much you think you know about multimedia these days. It's perfectly possible to create an image like that from scratch. It COULD even be done using just photoshop. But it would take a lot of man hours to get it right.

An easier way (as suggested in the post below yours) would be to use photoshop in conjunction with 3D rendering Software. Most likely just use photoshop to polish off the texturing and lighting.

If you really think that photo-realism is not possible in this day and age, you really are ignorant.

Even if it is possible, how could they possibly even think about faking the thousands of photographs that come out of NASA?

people can hack celebrities cell phones for pictures...CELL PHONES,
movies get put on the internet weeks/months before they come out in theaters,

and your telling me that its possible to keep thousands upon thousands of government/NASA officials in such fear to not leak pictures of a flat earth?

Hardly. The only people who would have to keep their mouths shut, would be the ones rendering the pics. Everyone else would be under the false impressions that the pictures were coming from satellites etc.

Yet you have NOTHING. Where are your discoveries of finding photoshop history files on PC's, or put film negatives under the microscope?

Open the first picture in the original post of this thread with Notepad and you will find the following in the header information:

Code: [Select]
ÿØÿà JFIF H H  ÿá.Exif  MM *                  b       j(       1       r2       †‡i       œ   È   H      H   Adobe Photoshop 7.0 2004:02:25 22:36:24         ÿÿ          Ø       ×                          (             &

This means the image was created with Adobe Photoshop. A very expensive special effects image editor. Same goes for the rest of the round earth pictures.

BZZZZZT! Wrong.

That doesn't prove it was CREATED in Photoshop, douchenozzle.

That just means it was opened/saved with Photoshop. Most likely was used to either resize it or change it to a web-friendly format (i.e. JPEG instead of TIFF). As far as I know there's no way to know whether a photo was created or just opened and saved with Photoshop.

oh, here's an idea:

Space elevators. What was it... last summer? Doesn't really matter, the fact is NASA already hosted an event were teams (colleges and whatnot) had to create successful beta-versions of these mechanisms.

In fact... most future technologies like this exist today, but need only to be refined.

Well... the point is, if you want to see for yourself, wait a few decades to be wrong.

A Round Earth is so engrained into public knowledge they wouldn't change their mind if NASA folded tommorow.

I mean, do you really expect NASA to churn out many megapixel sized images each day?

Yes yes, celebrities and Hollywood are lousy at security. But the Government is not Hollywood. How many classified documents do you see circulating the internet? How many Nuclear Secrets can you find with a Google search?

The Government is amazingly good at keeping things secret when need be.

ROFL. A photoshop plugin?? Tell you what, if I could I'd give you a million dollars to commision all the artists on deviantart to create a image from scratch that rivals the quality of those photos.
