I did look at the pupils and I found it on an AI img generator site.

How did you get this image?

The eyelashes are too fine, as are the eyebrow hairs. The reflections in the eyes are too small. Typical AI. The skin is too perfect.

However, it looks like it is based on an actual real life girl.
