Put the water at your skin, and then massage it with your hand or coin or ruler.
And there will appear 'blackish stuff' on your skin.

Dirt comes from outside the body. It will go away after you clean your skin.
Pigment comes from within the skin. It will reappear after you clean your skin.

By the way, such pigment should be removed regularly.
That's what happens when you take a bath.
Otherwise the body will feel uncomfortable that leads to physical/health issues.

The idea is : *touching your skin with water*, either by taking a bath, or spraying with water, what ever.
Sport? Kinda similar.

I'm southeast Asian with skin of danned.

I meant 'tanned'. Pigment is good, but don't make it stay too long in the skin. Take a bath regularly.👌

You pigment is not available can the dirt you see when you clean yourself is not your pigment but actual dirt/grime from your environment as well as dead skin/sweat etc
