Today I'v got a bunch of chocolae and aseveral new sets of toolsl

The main avent was an ultrasonic parts cleaner.

So yay for me being a complete human being by being a father.*

That's a lot of song and dance.  I skip all that.  I'd rather my kids make me a card or do something on their own.  I don't want them to pretend to give me something that actually came from me.

I saw some debates about whether or not white people should celebrate it, too. Mostly from white people in the media. I don't think black people care if we all pop fireworks and have some food.

(Florida will use any excuse to pop fireworks)

Pointless National Holiday.  The last slaves in the USA were freed in Ohio in August, a whole 2 months later.  Should have left it alone as a Texas State Holiday.  There were so many better days to choose, like the day the Emancipation Proclamation was given or when the last slaves in the USA were freed, or the day the South Surrendered in Appomattox, VA.
