Fun fact, Jimmy.
Yahweh is
not God's name. It's a holdover from Canaanite idolatry, where (like the Muslims after them) they picked a god and aggressively backed that God. The Jewish people have historically had a problem with idols. Remember that serpent in the wilderness? Well they later worshiped it (also a problem with cross worship, it is Jesus, not the cross that saves).
So back to my earlier point.
What is God's name?
1. The text says God says "I Am who I Am" which is translated using a very formal method so it works out to YHWH acrostic. But the literal was of saying that?
Ani mi shani. (אני מי שאני ) If you want to call God by a correct name and not by the false Canaanite name, Yahweh. "Annie" is a better name than most. Even though God here is saying he objectively has no name we understand (
Joan of Arcadia was right).
2.
“In that day,” declares the LORD, “you will call me ‘my husband’ you will no longer call me ‘my master.’
Ishi is "husband". Kara or "dearest" also works.

This is really Zeus, not God. A thunder god whose design was based on Baal and Yahweh. Fuck this entire image.
But ultimately, we shouldn't fix an image in our heads.
