Sure the Constitution can be changed via Amendments. But they are really hard to get ratified. Hence we only have 27 of them over 230 years. The first 10 of which, the 'Bill of Rights', were adopted en masse just a couple of years after the Constitution was ratified. So essentially, we've had 17 amendments since 1788. Here's how hard it is to get an Amendment ratified:

An amendment may be proposed by a two-thirds vote of both Houses of Congress, or, if two-thirds of the States request one, by a convention called for that purpose. The amendment must then be ratified by three-fourths of the State legislatures, or three-fourths of conventions called in each State for ratification.

Do you really think 3/4 of the States will ratify taking away whatever rights you fear being taken away? It seems you know very little about the British monarchy and legislature and equally bereft of any knowledge about the US Constitution.

If my parents were still alive, they could tell you just how the Polish people felt about both Stalin and Hitler.  Trust me, most Poles (especially the Jews) didn't have many good things to say about either.

Ukraine is letting Americans and NATO to put missiles that can reach Moscow in 10 minutes. Ukraine also is actively discriminating Russian speaking population that live in Ukraine. Given the choice, I'm fairly sure that Poland would have rather had the Americans liberate them.

Well Americans could not possibly liberate them because by the time Americans entered the war the Russians were already in Poland. America was not even sure whose side to be on till they realized Russia is winning. Poland is a strange country. Its a Slavic country that is constantly looking to the West. Russia and Poland are similar in culture and language, sharing same Slavic heritage yet Poland always thought of themselves to be something different, something they are not. I think its time for Poland to realize that Germans or Anglo Saxons don't have Poland's best interest in mind.
