Not sure what your point about Israel is? Nobody is saying that vaccines prevent transmission. Your body needs to have the virus enter your body before your immune system deals with it. Then there is also fomite transmission, made all the more possible from unvaccinated morons like yourself. The metric you need to look at is how many vaccinated people in Israel are now in hospital or dying
