I think the circles represent counties and the size represents population.
So giant circle = large population.

A mpre realistic representation would use 1,000,000 to factor in metroplis.

Similarly usless graphs are the voter maps that give a false sense of magnitude when considering land doesnt vote.

While my empathy towards the deceased is limited if the person didn't vaccinate even he had the possibility to do so, their death still sucks a lot for the family and also for the doctors and nurses that had to take care of him and watch him suffocate.
